Blue Ash’s newest communication tool for Blue Ash citizens is now available and on-line! A link to this service is available across the top banner of the Blue Ash web pages.

It’s been in the works for the past several months, and citizens can now utilize the City’s web based customer service request system directly from the BlueAsh.com website. “Though we pride ourselves on our accessibility, we’re trying to make it even easier for citizens to communicate with City Hall and submit requests for services,“ commented City Manager David Waltz. “From the comfort of their homes, requests for any City service can be made through this easy-to-use, web-based service,” added Waltz.

The City has increased its public information outreach efforts throughout the year, which have also included the launch of the “Open City Hall” forum in summer. This additional customer service request system makes it that much more convenient for citizens to communicate with their local government. Virtually any City service can be requested utilizing this system – for example, to report a pothole, to request pickup of a freon-containing appliance, to request a recycling toter, etc.

Questions regarding the system can be directed to the Public Information Office at 745-8510, or via E-mail to administration@blueash.com. Click here to go to the Customer Service Request main page.
